Of the Grooming Dept soaps still available at the handful of retailers, are there any favorites or must-haves you guys would recommend?

All of them. They're all good.

So my mistake in being able to complete the comparison, but my SOTM from Jan and Feb were DonkeyBase (Edel) and Kairos (La Rosa Profunda)

Both delightful bases and frags; but what I did discover is just how much softer the DonkeyBase was in direct comparison to Kairos. If I were in the correct mindframe, I would have continued unto Kairos SE for this month's SOTM / FFFMM.

Give or take 5 shaves between them (~25), Kairos looks like it could go another month, plus. Edel looks like it could go another 10 days...
