Grilling/Smoking Demo -- Waldorf, MD

If any of you live near Waldorf, MD, there is going to be a demo of the Big Green, grill/smoker, on Saturday, May 1.

There will be a bunch of people putting on demo cooks and you basically can eat all you want and beer and soda provided, all for $25.

It is a lot of fun.

I will be cooking, but have not figured out the menu. Probably homemade bread, meatball sandwiches, and grilled fish.

I have a Lb BGE that I got at Waldorf, and an XL Primo. I love them both!!

You're killing me, Bob! We still have the house in Upper Marlboro, but the first is Derby Day (a national holiday for Kentuckians ) and graduation day at the college I serve here in VA. Sadly, the 1st Saturday in May seems as though it'll never work for me. So close and yet so far.
