Green tea recommendations please?

I like Jasmine pearls because they don’t taste too grassy, and I’m a sucker for the scent of Jasmine, which is why I bought them. I have only had one other green tea and it was nasty. I got it at a coffee shop and the water was totally boiling so that played a part I am sure. It was a long time ago but I know better now. It is time to try again.

I would like to avoid the strong grassy taste if possible.

Anyone have some suggestions? Maybe point me to a good starter sampler.

Tieguanyin from China is a good bet.
