I don't know the particular make but I've never had a bad razor from Solingen.

The two straight razors I have are made in Germany, and they both give excellent shaves. I see no reason why this one wouldn't.

Received this razor in the mail today. Very nice and clean. I think I got a great deal for $35. Some better pics...
