Got some Brut.

I got some Brut, the splash-on and the aftershave. I like the splash-on, it's subdued but lasts a long time. It reminds me of Skin Bracer, but without that minty smell it has. It's a nice scent, not the best, but fits certain moods. The aftershave doesn't have enough menthol, though, so that's too bad. It's more expensive than lots of the drugstore ones I have (Skin Bracer, AquaVelva, etc.) but it's good stuff I'd say. I think the aftershave will be for quick shaves or wearing when I don't want a lot of scent on me. I can't stay away from Vijon Brisk, though

I really enjoy the Brut splash on. It is my favorite to use just before bed. I have never used the aftershave or cologne though.

It's good stuff. The cologne I really like in cold weather.. In the warm not so much

Trying it now I find it's not so awesome. Maybe I should wait until colder weather to try it more. Unless someone wants it as a trade. Or I may PIF it. Life's too short to use something I'm not 100% on. Anyone wanna trade? I will PIF I think otherwise. I don't like the dry down or something.

This is a tough one. I think I'd like it in the winter more, but something also tells me I should trade this for something better, or at least get rid of one of the bottles I have. Not sure, and that tells me it's probably worth getting out of my cabinet if I'm not completely sure.

I really like Brut. I find it more similar to Clubman than anything else.

The splash isn't as strong as the aftershave lotion scent wise. Myself, I prefer the splash as I get better results (skin, burning sensation, scent, etc).

The Euro version doesn't have a splash or a lotion version. That version is, IMO, the best.

The ViJon clone (Ivy Club) is pretty good. Mentholated, leaves the skin feeling nice, and the scent is more subdued (at least to me) so it works well in warmer weather.

Me too. I got it a few weeks ago. I have yet to use it though..... I mostly got it for the cool glass bottle. Nice.

The best combination to have is the European AS in the glass bottle and a vintage glass bottle of the US EdT--the one with the silver medallion.
