Gold Slim Adjustable = Aristocrat?

I'm been hunting around and came across one or two references between sites like B&B and eBay.

My conondrum is that I cannot seem to figure out if there were some slim gold Adjustables made, or if the only slim adjustables with a gold finish were the Aristocrats.

Can anyone confirm this?

If they are different? How can you tell between them??

I do not have an adjustable Aristocrat. But I believe that it is a slim adjustable with a gold plate finish. This would be consistent with the Ranger Tech / Milord Tech and then the later Super Speed / Milord relationship.
