Glue Spots

I stuck with one blade make and manufacture until last week and I've read about glue more times than I can count.

I used my first DE blade with glue and didn't think much of it until I took it out of my TTO to throw it in my slant. It was stuck to the base and still torqued when I opened the silo doors, then 'jumped' up when the glue became dislodged.

There were four nice glue spots inside my Super Speed. :001_huh:

High quality blade though, and it sings in my slant!!!!

Run the razor head under the hot tap water for five-ten seconds before opening. Same goes for a three piece razor with a blade stuck on the top plate. Don't force it out. Just put under the hot water for a second or two.

That's all that matters.

I noticed the last time I used my Futur the wax actually "pushed" the blade out enough to be visible by my eye when holding the razor sideways. It wasn't much, but it was enough for me to turn the blade upside down.
