On the left are RUS blades that I got from G&C, right one's are 'arabic' that I got from Pakistan (eBay) for 14$.

I can confirm that the new version of this blade with the printed wrapper and laser etching on the blade is significantly duller than the old version with plain wrapper and black print on the blade itself. Borderline unusable for me now (thick, coarse beard).

I should add that both the old and new ones were purchased from a reputable seller here in North America, so provenance is not an issue. These are legit blades.
