Which would you prefer to shave with as a rotation razor. As far as looks I prefer the #66 but don't know if it's a better shaver than the Rocket or not.

Personally, I'd pick an Aristocrat Jr. (if you can locate one) over a Rocket. They are better shavers.
If you have an average "medium" beard, you can't do much better than these two. Both are vey good shavers, and good-looking in very different ways. The HD has that sober grey, all-business look, while the #66 is a flashy magic wand. Matter of taste, really.
