Gillette Razor Case ID........

So in the local antique shop............
What's that ??? A Gillette case.......oooooohhhh!

Open it up and ......it's empty

So rather than a RAD purchase it's a rescue purchase.

With a bit of cleanup it's gonna be pretty much well !!!!!

Surely someone on B&B must need one

What razor is it for ? It's British....it's not a #21 ( different colour lining )...nor a #16.

Its the same color liner as a #15 but #15 had "Aristocrat" not "Safety Razor" ....

Can't match it with Mr Razor's bible...... HELP !!!!

Both the #15's on your site have "Aristocrat" rather than "Safety Razor"

Yes my #21 has this case with the crimson insert.

Ahh, my #16 has the "hard plastic" crimson insert.....

I'm just wondering if the colour of the insert determines which Aristocrat the case is for ( e.g. crimson = #21 , purple = $15....... ) ?!?

I have a case like this that came with a old english tech, the the case is in excellent condition but the tech was down to the brass although it shaves great, i have now put my aristocrat in the case

Has cleaned up extremely well.

Some very minor staining on the top of the case.

The inside lining is really nice....

Toothpaste, toothbrush, Silvo and elbow grease...

The inside actually hasn't been cleaned. Gonna run some sticky tape through the bottom just to pickup the excess dirt but the top doesn't need nuffink !!!
