Yes I would agree with @Multum in parvo on this. I don't think it's specifically tailored for the female market. That lovely image of a late 40's early 50's truck on the pouch sort of indicates its target market.

It looks kind of similar to this

Female-specific Tech sets were around, but seemed to arrive later, in the 60's.

Obviously Gillette and a host of other companies had been tapping into the female market since at least the 1910's though..

No evaluations here as per the Terms of usage but look up „Travel Tech“ on one of the auction sites to get a feeling for the price range.
