Gillette Display Case Info

I recently received this as a gift from some friends. They love antiquing and know that I collect old razor stuff. I dont know much about it other than it is a Gillette display case (obvious I know) and housed various sized packs of blue blades (5-10-20) and thin blades (4-10) as well as super speed razor set. The glass opens forward and looks like there were small poles that could prop it up at one time (I don't have them). Does any one know what year this may be from? Or have any info or facts on it?

Cool piece! I like that the price tags are still there. Gillette started making super speeds in 1947, so that's the earliest it could be. If I had to make a guess, albeit a pretty uneducated guess, I would say it's from the 50's. I've seen print advertisements from that time that give similar prices for the razor/blades.
