GF wants to try shave brush.

Well my gf was watching me shave last night and said she would actually like to try ising a brush to shave with. I only have one brush right now and I dont mind if she uses it, shave mac d01, but what would be a good starter brush for her to use?

That's how my Semogue 2020 went MIA...

My wife uses an Omega Boar (not sure witch one) and is quite happy with it. She loves the scrubbiness of it as it exfoliates too.

I hooked my gf up with a custom made brush. I used an Avon brush handle that often comes up on ebay (because it is longer, which is advantageous for women) and a 24mm TGN grade A silvertip. Cloud soft = perfect for sensitive areas, such as underarms and so fourth... A big knot is a must because women have way more real estate to shave and will not spend the time lathering with a brush if it's not quick enough. I had spanx from B&B do the restore for me (bore the handle to hold a 24mm from an 18mm) and I could not have been happier with his work - kudos to him.

It didn't break the bank (~30 bucks for the knot, ~10 bucks for handle) and my gf absolutely adores it. She has sworn off goo forever and couldn't be happier. I also recommend some TOBS avocado or lavender cream and SWMBO will be in heaven.

Yup! A long handle and a large-ish knot are normally just what the doctor ordered.

My GF uses one brush with a 24mm silvertip knot and a 3.0" handle and a very vintage boar/bristle brush with a regular-sized swirled butterscotch Catalin handle. She loves both of them - and she wants more of them too. Hah.
I've been contemplating building her one with a 30mm knot - she really likes mine so I guess I'm going to have to make her one or mine will grow legs.

I lost a large Shavemac to my wife about six years ago. I then got her a Gillete Ladies DE which she really likes. We both came out ahead on the deal.

I'll second the TGN recommendation. Ideally you'll need a much larger brush for legs, and badger gets exponentially more expensive at the larger sizes. You can get a 30mm TGN Grade A Silvertip for about $40, whereas you'll spend 4-5 times that for an equivalent brush off the shelf.
