Getting hold of Osage Rub in Europe?

Those hot days there is nothing like freezing your face off after shaving.
Floid with a dab of 444 does a pretty good job, but I've understood that the way to a major freeze is Osage Rub.
Question is, where/how do I get it to Sweden?

They do have Alcolado Glacial though. It's known as a face freeze around here also.
