German razor

I'm curious if anyone has any information about this German razor that says "Adams Germany". It seems very similar to the ones in this thread:

but doesn't have the Merkur head on the bottom of the handle. I suppose it's made by the same people since they both say "Adams Germany" Just curious if anyone has seen one like it.

There used to be a plethora of German Razor manufacturers all centered around the German cutlery producing city of Solingen.
