Somewhere in the 30's or 40's.

Or maybe the early 50's, but probably not.

These really defy dating, I'm afraid.

Yeah, '29 or so and into the early/mid-30's, based on magazine advertising of the day. By '34 or so, the Clog-Pruf had been introduced.

Humm...it never dawned on me that the three Micromatics weren't marketed alongside each other at the same time. Was the Bullet Tip Micromatic the last of the bunch then?

My guess on that is yes. Based on the fact it is a more "modern looking design, has a safety bar and at least this one came in a much more modern looking case (antique mall find from Howell).

i date from beginning manufacture date, which for the antenna handle MM was 1929. if he had asked from what years it was made then yes, my answer would have been broader and more specific.

I have one as well I'd like dated. It is unplated brass and came in a much smaller textured red leather case. Any guesses?

Gem produced safety razor's full stop, years before Gillette did.

well I know that but they just copied Kampfe and weren't as innovative as Gillette was with the DE. Gem had the Zinn which had thin blades but it just wasn't as economical I suppose.
