FREE tube of Proraso (Bigelow)

I just bought a Dovo Classic straight razor (from Classic Shaving) with a factory edge. I would like someone to sharpen this for me so I can feel what a well sharpened blade feels like. In exchange for your hard work, I will give you a tube of never used Proraso (Bigelow). You must have over 200 posts and be honest not to steal my blade. You also must sharpen my blade and send it back within a couple of days. Please pm me and I will pick the best candidate (probably whoever lives the closest to me) I will mail you the razor, the tube or cream and a few dollars for postage to mail it back to me.

Timo, that is quite generous. I'd be in on it for free (i gots a brand new tube of bigelow sitting downstairs), but I'll be away from my hones for awhile soon. I'll betcha you might be out-generous-ed here in a few hours. There is a lotta love here for honest, good-souled new guys around here. You'll fit right in.

Classic didn't have it honed? They put a good edge on a razor.

Not sure if they honed it as I bought it from their B and M store, not online. The clerk didn't know too much. I've ran in to 3 different clerks there, a girl who is really cool and kinda a hottie, a guy who is clueless and spends too much time on Facebook while you shop and another guy who is super helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I got Mr clueless Facebook yesterday.

That's what I LOVE about B & B, honest folks that still take a man at his word. I'm fairly new here and have only good experiences with members. I have purchased two DE's from two different members "on their word" and have NEVER had a problem (one for my son and a birth year razor for my brother who graciously gave me our grandfather's straight razor when he found out that I now only use str8s). The seller of the first DE I bought sent not only the razor, but a good sample of Cella and a number of blades as well. I'm currently on vacation, but expect the second DE to be waiting for me when I get home.

I would offer to hone it for free for you, but I don't have enough posts nor have I honed enough razors to attempt it for someone else. I'm glad to see that there as still honests folks out there.

Nope, just 1 guy with stones. Unless the razor is really bad it does not take that long.
