I recently got a restored razor from Jose that he'd honed for me as well. A very nice edge indeed. Sharp and smooth.

Nice one ambrose, i too have offered this in the past albeit on the quiet, always nice honing a razor that is a bit special isn't it.

Though i must remember to say no restoration jobs next time, im not kitted up for it really.

Seems like I am always a day late and a dollar short when it comes to freebees I have 2 J.A. Henckels that need a nice hone to make them shave ready. One question... if one is required to contribute to get the hone... then it isn't a free hone is it
