Forsyth of Canada dress shirts

any opinions on this brand? I picked up a pink Forsyth dress shirt today at Marshalls because it was on clearance for $15 and they actually had one in my size in a tailored fit. I was a little surprised. I think this particular brand sells for quite a bit, even at Marshalls, but the quality was surprisingly nice. I think I may have to look into this brand a little more :thumbup1:

Have a few, picked them up in Saks Off 5th for half price, but its too long ago to say how much I paid, but the quality is excellent.

Forsyth has been making shirts since 1903. The average Forsyth labeled dress shirt sells for $60.+. They're comparable to Brooks Brothers shirts and I've owned several over the years. The Forsyth label has always been marketed in an understated manner as a conservative, quality brand.

In Canada John Forsyth Ltd. also manufactures, under licence, Arrow, Van Heusen, Geoffrey Beene, Pierre Cardin, Alfred Sung, Dockers (dress shirts), and Danel Hechter.

I was surprised at how soft the cotton was and the tailored fit was a perfect match for my torso. now, I just need to figure out what color tie looks best with pink

as luck would have it, my brother and sister-in-law got me a purple patterned dress shirt and a striped purple tie. the tie works amazingly well with the pink shirt. now I need to get invited to a wedding this summer
