So I finally did my first shave with a straight razor. Thanks to my man Ambrose who restored and customized a razor for me. 5/8 full hollow grind, you can see it here:

I took a video of my shave, which i will post to youtube hopefully by friday or saturday.
Anyways, back to the shave... Not one nick or cut. Did two passes, WTG and XTG, and it was a joy. My friend recorded it. I talk about using a brush, a good cream or soap, and the razor. I got a DFS, could have gotten a BBS but i didnt go ATG due to me being overly excited about the successful shave.
