Feather Blades - 50 for $13.14 (incl Shipping)

On Amazon from at least 3 vendors - including at least 1 US vendor: Link

This is the cheapest price (per blade) I've found across all shaving vendor sites, ebay, amazon etc.

Thanks for the heads up:thumbup1:

I was looking at Feather blades yesterday and was contimplating a purchase. As I have yet to try them. Glad I saw this thread.

Nice to see such a great blade starting to decrease in price, particularly since it seems like a lot of other good blades are starting to become harder to find (Gillette 7OC blue, for example). Thanks for the heads up.

I saw 100 selling for $24.90 here:

The black box version that's in the original link is new to me. This link is for the standard yellow box. Any one know the difference? And did the blades come as expected?

50 yellows are 14.50 on amazon. My understanding is that the black label indicates five per pack and the yellow label indicates 10 per pack. I bought a feather AS-D1 which came with a black label 5-pack in it. I assume they are the real deal.

$24.90 would be a great price for 100! Unfortunately it does not include FS. Price shipped is currently $29 on amazon. You can find 100 are $27.50 shipped on ebay - but the above link for 50 (now $13.11) is still the best price per blade. As you can see - I spent way too much time hunting for the best Feather deal. :) I've tried various blades and even though the highly reputed Astra's are more than 3x cheaper (again on Amazon) - Feathers just can't be matched - esp if you've got your technique ok.

As an aside - its interesting to see how Amazon itself (vs vendors who sell on amazon) is getting in the DE/wetshaving game. They've just started selling Merkur directly. Hopefully, this will mean more people getting into wetshaving and a bigger pie for our familiar specialist vendors.

if anyone from down south would like to help me out please contact me......hopefully this deal will be shipped

Thanks for the tip. Got 50 to use in a red tip I got on the board. Anxious to give DE a try again. Been using straights for quite a while.

Thanks for the tip... I've tried so many different blades, from pretty damn good to absolutely heinous... I ALWAYS go back to Feather as the top o the heap! Unparalleled!
