Family Heirlooms. Restore possible?

These were my dads brothers. They have both passed on and my Aunty just gave them to me a few weeks ago. They are in pretty rough shape, especially the black one, but am wondering if a restore is possible to get them shave ready. And also if anyone has any info it'd be much appreciated. Thanks.
Colored scales have a lady engraved and say Westfield Manufacturing Co.
Black scales have a tomahawk and say Geo Wostenho**** Sheffield.

George Wostenholm is my favorite Sheffield maker, the symbol is a pipe. Am not familiar with the other, but it looks like they will clean up fine.

Ahhhhhh...it's a pipe. I thought a tomahawk was pretty cool but so is a pipe. I thought the pictures were bad but that's promising that you think they are worth restoring. Was worried about pitting/rust getting to the blade edge. Thought it might be a no hope thing if it gets that far. I know of mycarver and doc226. Anyone else recommended getting a quote from?

Here's a couple better pictures of the blade. I've had a couple offers for a restore and will be in touch. Thanks for the kind offers gents.

i like the guy on the blade holding a straight and a bow. never seen that one before. thanks for the better photo's. tom

The pitting and rust seems light and should clean up easily with some gentle polishing on the buffing wheel.
I don't think you will be able to save the toga figure on the blade though.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm having that great guy right there ^^^ "tomjr" try and work some magic on them. This is also the first time I will be giving my ideas to him as well. The main thing I want to accomplish with them is to get a great shave. Bringing them back to shave ready so I will then be able to use it and maintain it and hopefully one day pass them along as well. Obviously hoping the rust gets removed but I am not after a mirror polish or shiny metal. Anything on top of shave ready will be a bonus. Patina is fine with me. The scales are intact and in good shape as well as the pins. One of them (the black one) is pretty tight when opening. I think this may be due to the corrosion that built up and is rubbing against the scales. I'm really excited to do this and I'm glad I'm doing it right instead of me just taking 80 grit sandpaper and trying to learn to restore something I am not an expert on.

Well.....my goodness. Tomjr sent me back my late uncles razors. I couldn't have dreamed that they would look this nice. See above for the before ^^^. I haven't gotten to shave with them yet as I just picked them up today and had already shaved this morning. I will take better pictures as well as update with the shave experience. But I am so ecstatic how they came out just looking at them for the first time I wanted to upload something. Please forgive the poor photos, they won't do it justice for now, but I will update. This is still with a slight oil film on it so after the shave and a strop I will take better photos in better lighting. Thanks again Tom. Amazing work. Can't wait to show them to my Aunty who gave them to me. She will be so happy, as am I.

i will save the closups for better lighting and no oil as when I just went to upload them the shadows weren't doing the razors justice.

He kept all the etchings. Especially the pipe on the other side of the wostenholm. And on the other the etching of the guy holding a now and a straight razor are still there. Just a teaser.

thanks a bunch guys. i thought the etch was just too sweet to not try to save it. it is the first time i ever saw that particular etch i mean a guy on the top of the world holding a bow and swinging a straight....well thats just sums it all up. made me want to keep it but alas it belongs to another. hope u enjoy them. tom

Had a great shave last night with this one. Only needed a two pass with a touchup on the chin. Very smooth shave due to a great edge you put on it. My Aunty emailed me back after I sent her the pics and she's ecstatic and very happy I'm using them. Here is last nights shave weapon.
