I never have, but there is no such thing as "pleasant tendonitis." I hope that passes soon, man!
Sure have , elbow , knee , shoulder. Rest and time , it will clear up.
Yep! Like tennis elbow ,golf balls...etc...
Had the foot version. No fun. Rest, ice, compression, elevation, etc.. Maybe an injection if absolutely necessary, but it will go away eventually..
I worked on an assembly line back in 2010 or 2011. The same repetitive motion for 8 hours every day. I did this for about two weeks. Then one day I thought I had somehow broken my arm because between the wrist and elbow it hurt so bad. I told the boss I needed to go see a doctor. I went and he said it was tendinitis. I went back to work and quit. Screw that mess.
Sorry!!! Rest, ice and (perhaps) some anti-inflammatories.
