I ordered 2 razors, a tub of soap, and a brush late last Thursday, December 20th, long after they had closed. Despite the Christmas holiday the package arrived today. It had traveled more than 2000 miles and crossed an international border.
I had qualified for 'free shipping' TIB did not cheap out by sending it ground service as many other merchants have done.
Great products at great prices. I will definitely deal with them again.

I agree. But I wish they would have a storefront as they're almost within walking distance of me yet I buy small items elsewhere as shipping kills the deal.

Have you asked them to leave your purchases outside the door, at the corner pub, or some other convenient place for both of you?

I did as for local pickup about 6 months ago and was told it's not available. In a way I don't blame them - it can see many issues with leaving packages on the doorstep (especially in the winter).
I believe I read somewhere they recently opened a storefront somewhere else - so hopefully they're considering doing it here too.

I find it easier to get them to ship it to me. They are fast! I usually get packages in a couple days.
