not at all what i expected, but i am really enjoying it.. using noodlers kiowa pecan brown ink and the pen starts fine, seems to flow well, there is a tiny bit of nib creep, but nothing noticeable to anyone not looking for it. It appears to be an everyday pen for me.. nice size, weight, balance.
the one thing that makes me sad is my misunderstanding of what converter can be used. i thankfully got a monteverde mini and a std int'l converter in the order, but the std intl doesn't fit, while the monteverde does. i put the std intl on my bombay co. FP so not a total loss (that one will get noodlers Air Corp blue/black soon).
i'll probably get myself one of those pilot 78g's to play around with or some inexpensive pen with interchangeable nibs, but other than that, i feel that my nib interests are sated at the moment.
