Wally world had their frozen turkeys marked down to .39 lb so I got one for christmas dinner and beyond.

Dont have room for more, but it will make lots of meals afterwards.

Those that have freezer space, it is a pretty nice price.

The "enabler alert" was a heck of a good hook!
I've been thinking of turkey's and thinking I don't have the freezer space.
Although, that could be a hint I need a new chest freezer and, those I have seen 'for sale' too recently.

A chest freezer would fit real nicely in the guest bedroom.

Food lion had them for 19 cents a lb with 35 dollar purchase.. I got 2 that were 20 lbs each....

LoL,,, the pandemic screwed me in getting corned beef after st patty day real cheap... we were undecided about what to cook, and when i walked thru and saw it, ha, no brainer.
We stuff it and have it for 2 meals after for her and prob 4 for me, i like leftovers.. ill bone it out, vac pack at least one whole breast.
All the little pieces go into a bag for soup later one.
Hint... if you peel the meat off the drumsticks while it is warm it is easier that doing it the next day cold.
