If anyone has examples of these, are there any patent numbers on the packaging or blades?
Reading through the marketing, my guess is that this was an improved PTFE coating, something like what Schick had already done with US3203829 and the Super Krona. Gillette probably did something similar between the Super Silver and the Spoiler. But marketing like http://books.google.com/books?id=zsuBKBEUae8C&lpg=PA49&pg=PA49#v=onepage&q&f=false aimed squarely at the Gillette Spoiler, mentioning it by name and claiming to be better and cheaper. But by Christmas 1967 Schick had come out with the Krona Chrome, marketed at a premium as the first blade with an extra hardness coating. I think Wilkinson had a hardness coating around the same time too, but they never seemed to advertise much in the USA.
Anyway I would expect these Personnas to perform about like any well-made modern PTFE-coated blade. I would not expect them to last as long as a P74, but they might be more comfortable. It would be interesting to compare them with vintage Spoilers and Schicks.
