easy ID question

I have been under the impression the heads in the 1st pic are NEW, but now have reason to doubt. Confirm or deny?

Real question is with the one in the other pics...it's a 3 piece that I forgot I had, and never got around to identifying it. Thanks in advance,

You're right, the first one is a New, from the 30's

While the second is an old type, single ring. I don't know when it was made, but I believe it could be from 1907 to 1918

the old should have a serial number stamped on the head.....take the cap off and look up the date here on the wiki...sure is a beaut!!!

Yep, it's got a serial #...I've not shaved with it yet but generally speaking, how's it compare with the NEW, aggression wise? I ask b/c it'll be a few days before I need to shave, since that NEW with an old Schick Krona blade yesterday left me quite, quite BBS.
