DVDs to IPOD

I went on the Videora website. They listed several decrypters to use along with the Videora program. If I can do it anybody can.

I use a program called Handbrake. Once you rip the DVD, all you have to do is import the file into iTunes and then Sync your Touch.

Based on your favorable comments about Handbrake, I decided to try it out today. I'm running into an issue, though. Once I select the source DVD, I get a message saying that the CLI is scanning the source code and it may take up to a minute. No problem...except for the fact that after 10+ minutes, I've still gotten nowhere.

Any ideas, guys?

Hmm...I've never run into that problem before. I looked around online, I found this post. Looks like others are running into the same problem. It may be an issue with the encryption of the discs.

Thanks for the link. I may try a few other discs to see if it's isolated to the one I tried. If not, I may have to look elsewhere. Many people recommend the DVD Decryptor/Videora combo, but it looks like all the sources for DVD Decryptor were shut down. The one place I looked at was shut down by the Finnish government...:whistling:

You have to have a bit torrent downloader right? I tried that last year and it was sooooooooooooooo slooooooooooooow. I tried a couple different downloaders to download the movies and songs on thepiratebay and gave up.

I have high speed interenet. What is the best setup for using that?
Set it to run overnight. Torrents are slow. Just set it and forget it.

I use http://www.utorrent.com/ to download with, you need to forward the port for it to work properly and download fast. http://portforward.com/routers.htm. It is a little tricky but the instructions are easy to follow. I have tried bit torrent and do not care for it.
