Dumb Blade Exposure Question

I see manufacturers spec razors one of two ways:
1. stating either "positive", "neutral" or "negative" blade exposure
2. some actual number for blade exposure, like 0.10mm

Is stating some actual number for blade exposure the same as saying that blade exposure is positive?

If the number is positive then yes. The amount of the blade edge protruding from the imaginary line between the baseplate and top cap.

Keep in mind, there are variances in manufacture, even in CNC razors. One of the reasons why some people (cough cough Blackland) prefer not to disclose such numbers.

There is easily a 0.1mm difference in top cap thickness between Techs, even of the same model.
