Just bought DR Harris Almond....anyone have it? Curious as to the scent...big fan of their other soaps so I know the performance is top notch...

I 3017'd a puck of it. It smells nothing like what all other soap companies call almond. This is scented like almond flower, so it smells like Eau de Quinine. It may be the most unique scent of all of the soaps I've used. The performance, as you say, is killer.
I agree with Bob. Very subdued scent and nothing like the other big almond scented soaps such as Cella. Very pleasant.
It's a unique and subtle scent. At first it was too subtle for me but I'm starting to like it.
Love it...... typical Harris performance and an understated scent. Sorry, but I can't stand the sweet almond, marzipan scents from many of the other soap-makers.
As above, and I love it! Wish the aroma was stronger, but then again, the muted scent goes with anything/everything. Probably the best performing soap I have ever used (and yes that includes MdC).

Never smelled EdQ, but if it's the same "cardboard box stuck in moist attic for a year" exquisite fragrance I get from DRH Almond, I'll pass.

I didn't like the smell. To me, it was a sharp, bitter almond scent.
