Double ring or fraken razor?

Hi expert
I bought this razor yesterday, it's look like a double ring whit a flat head, and i dont see any number outside or inside the handle. Coud it be a 1904?

The flat underside of the head doesnt look quite the same as my double ring. I usually look for that flattening as evidence that a razor is a New Improved, which would make it from a later era than the double ring. Better get the experts to weigh in here!

Besides the flat blade guard, which isn't right, the handle doesn't look right either. It might just be photo distortion due to the angle but to me the double rings look too close together.

So there are no patent notices or dates stamped on the handles plain bands?

That is what I was thinking. There were several knock-offs of the early Gillettes.
