I have owned this Century Set Bakelite travel brush for years and was wondering if anyone could tell me when it was manufactured. I'm thinking 1930s or 1940s, but that's just a guess on my part. Thanks.

If not painted, I'd guess it would take a lot of work to pour all those layers. No wonder why most brushes just have swirl patterns.
