Does anybody sell Voskhod russian blades here in the States

I saw some on ebay a couple weeks ago but they all seem to have disappeared. Can't even find the completed listings anywhere either!

First shave:
Package is thick paper, blades wrapped in double envelopes.
No glue spots.
No slot for used blades.
Smooth shave, no nicks.
Not as sharp as Feather.

Razor Merkur HD, foam Kiss my Face.

I don't know. That place looks pretty shaky. No contact info, "about us" isn't filled out and the ns lookup on russianrazor.com comes up with blank registration info.

Hopefully shaveabuck will expand his Rapira offerings.

EDIT*** Sorry I meant that I ordered from Britva.eu. I have no idea about Russian Razor.

I've ordered Voskhod blades from there previously without any issues.

They are good blades.

I ordered some from Russianrazor. Received in a few days.He also sells Ladas which are sharper than the Voshkods.:thumbup1:

How do the Ladas compare to Voskhod blades?

IMO. I like the Voshkods a lot. They are very forgiving for my face. (Which many people think needs forgiveness.)

The Ladas seem sharper. I think I read somewhere that they are a different grind. Still the Swedish steel though. I'm testing a pack now. Then I'll go back to the Voskhods and see if I can really tell.

Hope this is informative.

Yes, thanks for the information. I do like the Voshkod blades and get good results from them. I am interested in trying the Ladas since they seem to be just as good or better.

It is great to see that there is USA source for these blades.

Tried the Voshkod today after a week of Ladas. Voshkod still felt very good, but maybe the Ladas do have the sharpness edge(No pun intended)

Thanks! I have some blades on order and they just shipped today. I'll be getting them in a few days and looking forward to trying the Ladas.

I ordered a 50-50 selection of Voshkods and Ladas on Monday from RussianRazor and got them last niht. Won't be able to try them out for a couple weeks, as I'm evaluating another blade, but I'm looking forward to them.
