When wearing a polo or button down casual shirt, do you tuck it in? Let us assume we are dressing casually and are not in the office on a Friday.

really depends on the shirt. polos no, but sometimes on the golf course. casual button ups, some yes and some no.
When you get older, you'll find that not only do you tuck everything in, but your belt line migrates northward, ending somewhere between your navel and armpits.To me, it's very age related. I'm in my mid-twenties. I don't tuck anything in unless I'm wearing a suit. I'm sure when I get older I'll even end up tucking my t-shirts into my jeans haha.
I chose partially. It depends on if I'm carrying concealed with an IWB holster.
