Do you put anything in your tea?

I have read several posts on here but never heard anyone say about putting honey or milk in the tea. Do all of you brew your tea and drink it straight? For years I have used bag tea bags. Now, I have gotten into brewing loose leaf. I like honey in my tea,no sugar! So tell me, do you put anything in your tea?

If I put anything in, then a tiny amount of milk. No honey, sugar, or other substances for me.

I like traditional teas with milk, but I prefer most scented teas (strawberry and such) pure.

I like raw sugar or honey in my tea sometimes. Herbal tea is always straight up for me. Sometimes I will put some milk in a really strong black tea. I'm slightly lactose intolerant so I don't drink a lot of milk though.

I have tried putting soy, coconut, rice, almond milk in tea but they all have so many "natural and artificial flavors" that it really messes with the tea's own flavor.

Generally only ice. On the rare occasions that I'll have hot tea, it's when I'm not feeling well, so there is usually some lemon and honey added.
If I just get the urge for a hot tea other than when I'm sick, then it goes straight.

Cream and sugar. I use tea bags mostly but sometimes steep loose tea.

EDIT: This is how the chaps in the British Army shared tea with me.

My Grandmother taught the proper Cornish way to have a cup tea, two sugar lumps, two fingers of milk.
I have varied it by using honey or stevia, with a spot of almond milk.

I only drink herbal tea and I dont put anything in the ones I usually drink.
But with some herbal teas if you haven't tried them before....well....sometimes they can be quite strong and need a little smoothing out with sugar and milk

I use one green tea bag, one tablespoon of honey, and one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. It's a great, healthy, get your day started brew!!

If you buy the actual coconut milk in the can, and not the stuff in the carton that purports to be milk, it will work better for you, though it does have a bit of coconut flavor.

I blend my own spices for the tea,a trick I learned in Zanzibar..When I drink spiced tea,I use a little sugar or honey, but when I drink tea unspiced,I use nothing ,the flavor of the leaves is pleasing enough.

I mostly enjoy darjeeling 2nd flush, and sometimes a phoenix oolong. in both cases no sweetener is needed.

Some of the chais can take some milk particuarly if the tea has high tannin content, they attack the proteins in milk evening out the taste.

Tea leaves and water.

I used to add sugar to black tea, but years of pu'er drinking has made me impervious to bitterness.
