Different diameters of Gillette ball end handles?

Hi,

I'm curious to know if Gillette ball end handles have different diameters. I find the handle of the ball end Tech to be quite thin. From pictures it looks like the handle on the ball end Old & New Type might be thicker. Is this the case?

I don't own a ball end Old & New Type handle, but I believe you are right. All the pictures I have come across clearly shows the diameter to be greater.

Btw, if you're looking for a thicker handle I have to direct you to this thread.

Old Type ball end handle:

lenght= 79.3mm
diameter handle= 9.5mm
diameter ball= 12.6mm
weight= 28g

Tech ball end handle:
lenght= 76.2mm
diameter handle= 9.3mm
diameter ball= 9.3mm
weight= 34g
