Detailed stropping directions

Please give your best detailed walk thru the stropping process. Actually as if you were stropping your own razor. Please include your little tricks and areas through your experience that need that little better explanation.

I am a wrist roller, I don't roll the razor. I find it gives me better control. Keep spine in contact with strop at all times, I actually use a little pressure, more than just weight of razor.

What a simple solution for the "where to hang my strop" question! Brilliant!

Since im new my currant trick is,... try not to cut the strop while stropping,... and dont drop the razor, and finally dont forget to count your laps at first so you dont forget where you are and have to guess till you get a built in timer set for yourself !,... kind of working on those things along with everything else that comes with beginning to strop

I do it the same as Doc in that video. Only thing to mention is listen to the feedback...sometimes I find I don't always roll my wrist far enough on the down stroke if I'm not paying attention, so I'll end up missing the edge and just stropping the spine on a stroke here or there
