ok so witch should i buy the tweezerman or the delong silvertip

Delong for me, its a great brush for the price, and wont let you down.

what do think of its softness, and have you ever used a tweezerman by anychance
I've never used the Delong but have had excellent experience with the Tweezerman.
I have and use both
The Delong Silvertip is an amazing brush! ( better than most brushes many times it's price. )
Great with creams.
Very soft, holds water like a sponge, and I have yet to loose a bristle.
The Tweezerman is also good, not near as soft, stiffer, smaller, I tend to use it for hard soaps.
For the price you can't go wrong.
