DE Razor balance

With Above the Tie's upcoming razor release and my future trial of said razor it has me thinking. So far I've only been able to to try vintage Gillette razors which are fairly light. No aftermarket handles have been tried so I don't have much experience with weight distributions. Do you prefer the razor to be heavier in the head? Heavy all around? Heavy Handle? Try to balance?

The SS razors have to be heavy all around and people with aftermarket handles I would assume have a heavier handle than razor head. What do you like and why?

I like my heavy head and balanced handle.

I like my heads heavier than my handles, total weight is less important but I prefer them on the lighter side.

I prefer balanced- that's why the Fat Boy is so appealing to me.

I like a heavier balanced razor. Like my Futur and Mergress XL -- both heavy and nicely balanced (to me).

I state a preference for the weight biased toward the head, but the reality is that my fingers find the balance point on the handle regardless of bias.
