Dating my Frankenrazor parts

I recently obtained this razor from an internet auction site for a couple dollars. I had trouble dating the razor, because I didn't realize that the head and handle are not an original match. Only after looking at the wikis and mr-razor's site did I discover that a closed-comb Tech was never sold with an Old Type ball handle.

Considering the parts separately made it easier. According to mr-razor's Tech Evolution page, the head is clearly a 38-45 Tech, with no date code and triangular punch-outs.

So the handle is where I need help. This is a hollow, large-ball-end. It matches another Old Type I have from 1919. Can anyone tell me or point to a page that says what dates this handle was made?

(In a way, the mismatch is a fortunate stroke. I can use this handle as a replacement on my Old, whose original handle is badly cracked, like most of these.)

Thanks so much.

Dinner and a movie?
This reminds me of a story my chiro told me. His usual instruction after the introductory measurements is "Open your pants and lie on the table," which he says without really thinking. He told me that one day he routinely said this to an attractive lady patient, and she retorted, "Not even a dinner first?"
