Crown and sword #2530 need information

I have aquired a crown and sword razor works straight razor #2530 and am working on restoring it. I would love to find out any information specific to this model. As well as any pictures of the engraving and painting as it was originaly. Pitures of current condition below

So i want to male sure that i am reading this information right. Any razor made with this name on it would definatly be made before 1921. And with the trademark and not having the 1199 after as well as the low 4 digit production number pre 1898. Can anyone help pinpoint tbe production date of this razor, and verify that I am reading this right.
