Brethren,
Sitting a mere 5.6 road miles from my domicile is Rivers Edge Cutlery. Based on a few posts I saw here on B&B I thought I would find a knife and sword shop with a few DE's and some Col. Conk soaps, a la your average tobacconist. Gentlemen, I say nay nay.
They are also a full-on barber supply shop!! They have TOBS, Proraso, Cella, Merkurs, vintage and new straights, brushes, Bolzano, Feather, 7O'Clock Yellow and Green, FULL LINES of Pinaud, Master's, Lucky Tiger and ARKO!! And, yes, they have The VEG! And much more!
There is even a resident Shave Guru.
Suffice it to say, they are intentionally in the wet shaving business and it isn't just a "throw in" for them.
Oh, and they have full tubes of Marvy shave soaps. Maybe a dozen pucks for $18. Does anyone know anything about these?
If you are anywhere in the area, it is definitely worth the trip!
Cheers,
-Greg
