Just discovered The Café !
My coffee nirvana consists of a Quickmill Andreja Premium espresso machine, and a La Cimbali Jr. grinder. For drip coffee, use a Starbucks Aroma Grande coffee maker, and I also use an Aeropress occasionally (have one at home and another at work)
I've plumbed in the espresso machine to the house (refilling the reservoir got to be a chore within a month after getting the machine), and ended up installing a whole house water softener as our water is a bit hard.
I use an Espro steaming pitcher - which I keep in the freezer until I'm ready to steam milk for latte's - works like a dream for making incredible microfoam!
We have a great roaster here in town (Transcend), and I pretty much exclusively get my beans from them - nothing like fresh roasted!.
My days begin (after shaving) with an Americano, made with 2 double shots.
After dinner I make latte's - will be doing latte art like a madman this weekend with the entire family over for Thanksgiving dinner!
