Cobbler

I've gotten on a cobbler kick. I made a peach cobbler for Thanksgiving. I made a cherry cobbler last week or so, and now I am going to attempt an apple cobbler starting with fresh apples. I may be in over my head on this one, though. Oh well, I'll eat my way out.

Anyone here make cobblers?

Today, in preparation for Christmas weekend, I made an apple pie cobbler. I used less liquid and fresh apples, so the cobbler came out like a pie instead of a cobbler. Wow! is it good!

As can be seen, I had already been eating before I thought to take a picture.
