+1. Use more cream.
The stuff is cheap. Go crazy with it!
Or maybe, its your water.
Try getting a gallon of distilled water at the grocery store. Its only $1 and it should last for at least a month's worth of shaving.

Use more product. Proraso is a very thirsty soap but if you don't have enough on your brush your dead in the water. Once you get it figured out it's a fantastic soap or cream
+1. Try a little more water, it is indeed a thirsty product.
+2. You'll know when you have enough, as your brush/face/hand/bowl will "explode" with thick, white, billowy lather. Then you add just a little bit more.
