Chicken thighs with dry spices was last nights dinner

Put a family pack of bone in/skin on chicken thighs on a broiler pan

put salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin on for spices

Baked at 350 for one hour fifty minutes (I am only 330 feet above sea level).

meat was tender, skin was crispy.

Wife and I liked it very much, and youngest son did eat his (he isn't a fan of chicken unless it is nuggets).

For simple nuggets, try a mixture of Ritz cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese, and Lawry's garlic salt.

You'll want to debone and skin the chicken first (save the skin and fry it up in some oil--it makes fo a great appetizer!). Then cut the chicken into nugget size pieces before soaking them for fifteen minutes in a mixture of eggs and milk. After removing from the mixture, dip the chicken in the dry mixture. Them bake the chicken in your oven.

This also works for making fish nuggets. 🙂
