It's a Parker razor.

Looks like a Parker 91r. Pretty well made razor, easy to hold onto and is pretty aggressive. You should approach your face with caution, but that said, it can give you a close comfortable shave.

I have one, use it often and like it.

Those 7am blades are probably more trouble than the razor.

Inexpense is a different thing to cheapness... although given my (and my mate's) experience with Parker they're on the cheap side not the inexpensive side.

+1 - in a pack of 5 I had : awful shave, great shave, ok shave, awful shave. I tossed the last blade - don't want to play Bangladeshi roulette...
