Hi, I have a few junk vintage Gillette cases. Some of them open and snap closed like they should, and some don't. I took apart one of each, and found what makes them snap closed. It's a little circle shaped clip that fits on the hinge, sorta like the one in the picture. These clips give up the ghost and split in half after years of use. I have found some sites that sell the little hinges, but usually in greater quantities than I want. I'm not sure what size I need, so I hate to buy a bunch. From looking at several cases, the size seems universal among old Gillette cases, at least. Does anyone know what I need, and where to get them?
