Mechanic to the Stars and host of a Sunday morning call-in radio show on KABC, Leon "The Motorman" Kaplan stops by the garage to introduce a slew of electronic diagnostic tools. It's amazing how far we've come since Leon's briefcase phone was cutting-edge technology. Now there's CarMD or the Insight CTS.
